At Leo's Footprint, every pair we sell is 100% authentic — no exceptions. We know buying sneakers online is a leap of faith, especially for heat you can't hold in your hands first. That's why we've built our entire process around transparency, so you can shop with confidence.
Sourcing
Every item we buy is carefully inspected and authenticated before it ever reaches our inventory. Our buyers bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in the sneaker market, and they know exactly what to look for: stitching, stamping, materials, box labels, and the small details counterfeiters consistently get wrong.
That expert eye is backed up by AI-assisted authentication technology, which gives us a second, data-driven check on every pair. Two decades of expertise plus modern verification tools means nothing questionable makes it through.
Condition Grading
We describe every pair honestly using the following condition standards:
- New / Deadstock (DS) — Never worn, original box included, all tags and extras present.
- Worn/ Used (U) — Tried on or worn once indoors, no visible wear, original box included. Light use, minimal creasing, clean soles, box may not be included. Normal wear, visible signs of use, honestly noted in the listing.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. Here's how our policy works:
- Authenticity issues: If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right — full stop.
- Condition disputes: If the item doesn't match the listed condition, reach out within 3 days with photos and we'll work with you on a return or exchange.
- Sizing & buyer's remorse: All sales are final for sizing or change-of-mind returns, so please double-check sizing charts before purchasing.

Shipping & Protection
All orders ship with full tracking and are packaged securely to protect your kicks in transit. We take care with every box — because we know how important it is for your pair to arrive exactly as described.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
