Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

If we ship the wrong product or a product that is significantly not as described, a refund will be issued once the product is returned and inspected.  Customer must contact us to begin the process by emailing Leos.footprint@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, we take detailed pictures of every product on our website.  Make sure to review all pictures before purchasing.  If you claim a product not as described, but the included pictures show the flaws, your claim will be denied.

Please understand that due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For all orders paid through Affirm or AfterPay, a 10% restocking fee will be applied if you decide to cancel your order.  This is due to the fees charged by these companies which are non-refundable to us. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Leos.footprint@gmail.com.

STORE PICKUP POLICY

All Store Pickup orders must be picked up within 48 hours.  

  • Any orders not picked up within 48 hours will be canceled. 

Store Pickup orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

  • If you fail to pick up your order or request a cancellation, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
